  For example: American Music Resource Editions (AMRE)
  
  
• To Promote
  historical music for today's audience through recordings.
  For example: the American Music Recordings Collection (AMRC)
  
  
• To Provide
  accurate information about a song or other piece of music.
  For example: the popular Shaker song, "Simple Gifts ('Tis the gift to be simple) "
