Mr. Hall is a musicologist, consultant, educator, lecturer, singer and ASCAP composer with over 35 years experience.
He has researched and written numerous magazine articles, monographs, music collections, CD reviews, and music guides.
In addition, he is a poet and playwright. One of his poems, "Melody in G," received a national merit award and was included in a poetry anthology. Several of his one-act plays have dealt with historical subjects.
