The Bill Randle Chronicles: From Electric Elvis to The Shakers (PineTree Press, 2016) is a new DVD collection by music preservationist and former disc jockey Roger Lee Hall. The multi-media collection provides details about the Cleveland radio legend Bill Randle. Included on the disc are folders about Randle’s record promotion of Elvis Presley in 1955 and 1956, his record production for blues singer Big Bill Broonzy, and his massive 10-LP set on The Shaker Heritage. In addition to the articles there are bonus audio albums and videos.

Praise from those who ordered the first edition of
The Bill Randle Chronicles--
- "I must say it is an impressive collection. I was glad to see the original Time Magazine article on Randle reprinted as well as other documents, like Col. Parker's telegram, and was especially interested in the interview with Alanna Nash.

"For reasons best understood by legal minds, the movie was not released at the time and has never been released since, though some sources state that it was shown once in Cleveland."

The Bill Randle Chronicles is a unique multi-media collection and unlike print books since it also includes bonus audio albums and video features.
The audio includes a rare air check from Bill Randle's radio show on WERE in Cleveland where he introduces the song, "I Forgot To Remember To Forget" recorded by Elvis Presley, and he reads some young radio listener's heated comments.
The video portion includes the television debut of Elvis Presley in 1956, and a television program about the Shaker Village Work Camp in New York State for teenagers in the 1960s.
This publication is only available on a computer disc exclusively from this website.
The author of the disc, Roger Lee Hall, is a longtime music preservationist, film music critic, and a former disc jockey who had a radio program playing popular songs and film music. He worked as teaching assistant to Randle in the 1970s and has included his remembrances of Randle and about his early promotion of Elvis Presley and the famous movie short which was filmed on October 20, 1955 and that is still unreleased:
