Hopalong Cassidy in Cambridge, Ohio
On June 3, 2016, a marvelous statue of Hopalong Cassidy was dedicated
at the Guernsey County Senior Center in Cambridge, Ohio.
Host for the ceremony was Laura Bates, Founder of the Hopalong Cassidy Fan Club,
who welcomed the many guests and speakers to the Dedication.
Shown in picture (left to right): John Gilliland, who served as the model for the statue,

Remembering Hoppy!
Two illustrated collections with personal stories, pictures and music examples are available on CD-ROMs, playable on any computer with Microsoft Word.
In each one, songwriter Roger Hall tells about meeting Hopalong Cassidy as a young Hoppy fan in 1950, and also he gives information about music in Hoppy films and other film favorites with singing cowboys.
